How We Ship Your Gear

At The Sandbaggers Tour, all products are custom-printed on-demand just for you. This means your order goes into production after you place it, ensuring you get fresh, high-quality gear made specifically for your order.


Production & Processing Time

Production Time: 2-7 business days

Once you place your order, our fulfillment partners begin printing your custom items. Production time varies depending on the product type and current order volume, but typically takes 2-7 business days.

Important: Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. Once production has started, we cannot cancel or modify your order.


Shipping Times

After production is complete, your order will be shipped via our carrier partners. Shipping times vary by location:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after production
  • Total Time (Production + Shipping): 5-14 business days

International Shipping

  • International Standard: 7-21 business days after production
  • Total Time (Production + Shipping): 9-28 business days

Note: These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery location
  • The weight and size of your order
  • The shipping method selected

Free Shipping Promotions: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. When available, details will be displayed at checkout or on our homepage.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

International Orders

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority.

Customs Delays

International orders may experience delays during customs processing. We cannot control or predict these delays, but they are a normal part of international shipping.


Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier but cannot be located. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly
  4. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us and we'll work to resolve the issue

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at orders@thesandbaggerstour.com - we may be able to update it if production hasn't started.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product, then contact us within 7 days at orders@thesandbaggerstour.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.


Order Modifications

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us immediately at orders@thesandbaggerstour.com. If production hasn't begun, we may be able to update your address. Once production starts, we cannot modify the order.

Can I upgrade to faster shipping?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot change the shipping method. The production timeline remains the same regardless of shipping speed.


Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest delivery. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.


Holidays & Peak Seasons

During major holidays and peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.), production and shipping times may be longer than usual. We'll do our best to communicate any expected delays.


Military & PO Box Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Please note that delivery times to these addresses may take longer than standard shipping times.
