Return & Exchange Policy - The Sandbaggers Tour

Our Commitment to Quality

At The Sandbaggers Tour, we want you to love your gear as much as we love making it. All our products are printed on-demand with care and quality in mind. Because each item is custom-made just for you, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We've got you covered. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we'll make it right:

  • Damaged during shipping (tears, stains, significant wear)
  • Printing defects (misprints, faded designs, incorrect colors)
  • Wrong item sent (different product, size, or design than ordered)
  • Manufacturing defects (defective zippers, seams, materials)

How to Request a Return/Replacement:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include photos showing the defect or damage
  3. Provide your order number and description of the issue

We'll review your claim and either send a replacement or issue a full refund—your choice!

Custom Print-on-Demand Products

Because all our apparel and accessories are custom-printed specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered (please check our size charts before ordering!)
  • Color appearing different on screen vs. in person
  • General dissatisfaction with style or fit

Pro tip: Double-check your size using our size guides before completing your purchase. When in doubt, size up!


Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you received a defective item and need a different size or product, we'll issue a refund or send a replacement of the same item. You can then place a new order for what you need.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products (if applicable)

Return Shipping

  • Defective/damaged items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping (if applicable under our policy)

Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit

Lost or Stolen Packages

We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.
